About us

Our Story

The Teks Foundation [TTF] was founded on the premise of our founder that it costs nothing to be kind to the many you meet than the few you wish.

We strive to make lives better; communities flourish and the world a more equitable, and peaceful place to live in and harness one’s potentials.

We do this through the mobilization of resources and partnerships with organizations that share our values and vision for the future.

01.

— Our Mission

We recruit cohorts of young people and nurture them into populations of well-informed, talented and empowered youths equipped with the tools needed for their socioeconomic development and independence.

02.

— Our Vision

To build communities of skillful, informed and empowered
youths and provide the platforms needed for their socioeconomic development and independence.

Our Approach

Our work is centered on four cardinal areas of human development and known to The Teks Foundation [TTF] as the EMASS drives and they are:
01.

— Empowerment

We identify talents in the communities and provide the tools needed to cultivate and harvest the potentials in them.

02.

— Mentorship

Our team of mentors provide guidance and support to mentees and help shape pathways unique to their personal and professional development.

03.

— Advocacy

We support communities through advocacy and collaboration with partners in providing solutions to pressing societal issues such as in areas of healthcare, education, and agriculture.

04.

— Social Support

We provide both short and long term support to the needy [in the communities] in the areas of education, healthcare and agriculture through resource mobilization and partnerships.
